1. Main installation sequence

In the process of installing each rack, the longitudinal center position of conveying distance should be consistent, and the longitudinal horizontal inclination Angle must be within the allowable range. The error range of the single-row frame to the center line should be ±0.1mm, and the error of the full length of the conveyor to the center of the frame should also be less than 35mm. All parts shall not be connected until all single section racks have been placed correctly. After the connection is completed, the firmness of installation and the accuracy of the center position shall be checked.

2. Installation of drive device

It should be determined that the belt conveyor's transmission shaft and the center line are in a vertical state, and ensure that the center line of the conveyor and the center of the driving drum width is overlapped, and the traditional axis and the axis of the reducer should also be in a parallel state. The horizontal error of the shaft should be within the range of 0.5-1.5mm. In the process of installing the drive device, the corresponding tensioning device can also be installed at the same time. The center line of the belt conveyor and the roller axis of the tensioning device should also be in a vertical state.

3. Installation of idlers in various parts

This step is a very important part of the belt conveyor installation, it has an important impact on the work efficiency and service life of the belt conveyor. After successive installation frame, transmission device and tensioning device, it should carry on the roller frame and operation, the installation of the upper and lower roller conveyor belt should be gradually a curved shape, and the ways of the roller frame spacing should be the half of the normal roller frame, after the installation is complete, to ensure that sufficient flexibility and reliability.

4. Debugging after installation
